A Transport Admin job in Avonmouth, Bristol for a 2-month temporary contract.

Your new company
You will be working for a large logistics company that distribute food and beverages across the UK. They are looking for someone to join the team due to a spike inn workload and need additional support within their admin function. They have parking on site.

Your new role

  • Investigating queries
  • Action collection notes
  • Maintain a good relationship with colleagues and customers
  • To fully brief and de-brief drivers around performance
  • Maximise the up time and manage invoices, vehicle and telematics technology
  • Liaise with Customer Service to ensure delivery schedules are met.
  • Be first point of contact for customers
  • Scanning and filling

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have experience within a Transport Admin role previously, however experience within a similar capacity will be considered for the role. You will need to be well organised, be able to problem solve, good communication skills and can prioritise your workload.
