IT Service Desk Analyst

Your new company

A leading international insurance company who are looking to add to their existing IT Support structures for their European infrastructure. You will join a growing team in the Leicester office, offering support to users across the UK, so there will be the need to travel to other sites as required.

Your new role

You will be hands on in 1st and 2nd line support, providing outstanding service to a team spread across the UK. You will liaise closely with other support teams, playing a key role in major incidents, as well as providing ongoing BAU support.

Work will be on a shift pattern between 7:30am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday, with some out of hours support to be expected at peak times.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3 year's experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of Active Directory, O365 and Windows Servers
  • Basic understanding of networking (TCPIP, DNS etc)
  • Experience working with Service Now ticketing system would be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel to other sites as required.
