HR Advisor role for a Professional Services organisation based in Birmingham. The role is a 12 month FTC.

A market leading Professional Services organisation based in Birmingham.

Your new role
The HR Advisor will provide a comprehensive HR advice and guidance service to the Birmingham office. The HR Advisor will answer queries on policy & procedure, support employees through employee lifecycle events and make HR people based recommendations. The post holder will manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence management and investigations. The HR Advisor will also support the HR Business Partner to implement the HR strategy, support HR change management projects and contribute to HR projects. The role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will be a CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum) HR Advisor with strong employee relations experience and excellent employment law knowledge. You must be professional, have strong stakeholder management skills and have a can do attitude.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 plus excellent benefits
