Contact Centre/Voice Engineer - Avaya

What you'll need to succeed

My client is looking for an experienced Contact Centre/Voice Engineer with a background across Avaya and Telephony systems.

You will be joining the Infrastructure team responsible for the management of telephony and messaging applications.

Both teams work together closely, whilst the successful candidate will focus around Avaya applications, they will also have some exposure to other environments. The successful candidate will have the ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously.


  • Contact Centre/Voice Engineer - Avaya
  • Avaya Platform Support
  • Experience across build/run environments
  • Contact Centre/CMS support

The position is outside IR35 with the relevant Qdos assessment.
