Your new company
HAYS are looking to recruit a Customer Support Executive for a leading well establish business based in Wednesbury. They are pioneers in their industry and have an immense presence across the UK. They are looking for someone to join them for 9-12 months to cover maternity leave.

Your new role
As a Customer Support Executive you will be required to, ensure orders are processed and logged in a timely manner without error, generate orders through various means of communication to meet budget targets, inputting data into the CRM system, sales vs budget meeting with team and managers on a weekly and monthly basis, support marketing team to help implement brand strategies, effectively engage with new and existing clients to provide top quality customer service.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have proven track record of working effectively in challenging situation, have good PC skills, have commercial awareness, be self motivated and pro-active and show high levels of tenacity and resilience.

What you'll get in return
You will get a starting salary of £21,000, 28 days holiday, pension, free parking and the opportunity to work in an open plan office.
